Losing stubborn Belly fat

As you know a pound of fat is 3500 cal. so you need to create at lease that much of a deficit to loose A pound(500 cal deficit a day). this can be done through diet and cardio. That belly fat is hard as heck to get off and you will have to loose fat over the whole body and and the belly follow
