Need Dieting Help
I am about 5'3 and 138lbs. I'm kinda stocky and I'm trying to thin out a little or cut up so to speak. Last year I was about 127lbs. and looked the best I ever had but that was when I was in high school and played basketball. I need some help as what I need to eat and so to get somewhere near what I once was.

Seems like you were doing a lot more cardio back then with the bball right? How much cardio you do now a days?
I know when I am playing ball 2-3 times a week I can shed the fat fast. When I don't it packs on. What is your diet like now? |
