I'm new here and to weight lifting all together. My main goal is weight loss. I'm 21 years old about 6'3 and i last weighed in at just under 350lbs. Most of my weight is in my belly area but is everywhere else to.
I really want to loss the weight and build my upper body strength.
So i guess my question is. What will help me get that? Is there supplements i can take to help, im not trying to rely on a pill to solve everything but something that will help things along.
