hey mate, i got alot of mates that take no explode and absolotly love it,but its really the caffine and the sugar that gives u a buzz. ifu want to get rid of it. i would take half servings of it. thats what i did with my reflex tri matrix creatine. next time bumm a couple of serves of a cretine ur mte hs just to see if its write for you.
