Fructose is relatively low GI btw. And with all the other stuff in your shakes the GI of a couple berries doesn't really mean much. You have to look at the entire meal, not pieces of it individually. The GL of the fruit is not going to be indicated by the GI.

How many blueberries do you think you need to eat in order to get 25 to 50 grams of carbs?
