Default One month to drop body fat! Heeeeelp:]]

I am a 20 yr old Female, weigh about 130 pound @ 5'7. I have one month to drop the extra 7-8 pounds that I have gained in the past three weeks. I recently found out my BMR= 1,400 calories a day and I have always tried to restrict my diet to about 1,200-1,400 calories daily, is that why I was NOT losing the weight when I was working out so heavily? Now, I just need a quick fix routine to get me back down, even if only temp. I have cut out just about all carbs in hopes to see a fast weight lose. Any meal, calorie or even better, routines that have worked quickly for you would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Didn't you just make a post about this ?

If your not going to take the time to read the threads on here then no one will give you help.

You, obviously, took the time to write in each different forum that I posted it. Figured the more ppl I could reach the more advice I would get. Didn't mean to push your buttons or anything.
