T3 Cycle

Hi, I am on a 4 week T3 Cycle, started at 25mg every 4 days I increase by 25mg, until I eventually top out at 100mg, then follow a 4 day decrease by 25mg. Is this the best way to do this?

Also, after the T3 is complete I'll be going on Cen for a 2 week cycle
