A "shit load of cardio" is great if you hate muscle. The diet part is extremely important. Most thermogenics are not diuretics (I can't think of any that are off hand). If you're caffeine sensitive, then they can be bad. Especially if they're taken in the afternoon or evening. Just taking a fat burner will not make you weaker. Thermogenics have been proven to work for many different people. Some respond better than others. They are most effective when coupled with cardio.
