down to 205, and i celebrated by eating a pound of steak, 4 red hot dogs, and 32oz of chocolate milk. yummiest ( and most ridiculous) cheat meal ever. its odd, when i stop counting everything up and just eat clean with a lot of protein i loose more weight. and im not getting weaker so im not loosing to much muscle. i think i was overestimating my caloric needs.
PS. i've been going to PT about my shoulder (its been hurting off and on since October) and its going great, but he says not to use barbells for upper body for a while, so i got to use the dumbbells
. also i tweaked my back doing deads a while ago and since then ive been useing leg press ham curls and back extensions instead of squat, and when i do squat its really light (less then BW)
