I have been working out on a consistant basis but still wasn't seeing the fat loss I wanted. So I tried Xenadrine RFA-X.
I lost 13 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks.

It's basically the same thing as hydroxy cut. Almost all of the ingredients are the same and they're even made by the same company. There's no way that you lost 13.5lbs of fat in 2.5 weeks.
It's a junk product IMO, along with almost all of the other "fat burners". The only way to lose fat is to create a caloric deficit. Did this product help you to create a substantial caloric deficit? The caffeine may have caused you to burn a few more calories a day, but that's it.
PS- I'm not trying to slam you. Just the product and others like it.

Whatever dude. And yes I did loose 13 lbs in 2.5 weeks. Maybe mostly water retention perhapse, but the scale doesn't lie.
All I'm saying this stuff along with intense lifting, cardio and a good diet is the way to go.
Compare the ingredients between the two. The differences are not big. Xenadrine is severely underdosed in probably every ingredient except for caffeine. It's hard to say because it's a proprietary blend that doesn't display specific amounts. But if you took all of the worthwhile ingredients & divided the grams per dose up among the ingredients, it's very apparent that it's garbage.
Per the label, Xenadrine has more caffeine than Hydroxycut.
I wouldn't have even responded if you hadn't made the asinine statements that you started taking the product & then lost 13lbs in 2 & 1/2 weeks...like you were crediting it to the Xenadrine. I worry about other people that come on the board and read your 'review'. I hope they don't think that this is going to help them lose much (if any) fat. Your post was misleading.
I think one way to misplace fat is to conceive a caloric deficit. Did this merchandise assist you to conceive a considerable caloric deficit? The caffeine may have initiated you to set alight a couple of more calories a day, but that's it.
