Been surfing the board for awhile, LOTS of good information here!
Anyways, i started lifting about 5 months ago weighing in at about 177lbs. Had the inevitable beer belly and ate fast food about every day. Now i'm taking supplements and eating healthy (protein and NOxplode if that counts as a supp lol) and i weigh about 187.
I wont post my "before" picture yet until i can gain some more muscle (and hopefully get a little more cut) but here is a picture i took about 2 weeks ago
-not ripped by anymeans yet lol. but i'd like to say everyday from now on, i'm in the best shape of my life
