Hello everyone, I stumbled upon this forum and thought it was full of really great information so I decided to join. I am Australian, been training for about 6 weeks now, and have allot to learn so spend time cruising the net to look for different training ideas and principles. Currently I train 3 times a week with a full body routine comprised of compound movements. Anyway just wanted to say hi, and introduce myself.
