Hey guys. I am 26 and am over weight. I have worked out off and on for most of my life but living the fraternity bar life and then bartender lifestyle has made my drinking catch up with me in the waist line. I am recovering from a surgery on my radial bone in my arm and have decided to take the gym serious. I love the sport of body building and kai greene and jay cutler are huge influences. I honestly wouldent mind being their caliber one day but I also know how much work that is. Hopefully I can help out some of you as well as get lots of help from you. I am in Michigan in the grand rapids area so if anyone needs a gym rat partner let me know.
