Hey everybody, it looks like yall got a great site up and running here with lots of information and tips on how to do everything. I glad to be a member. Im not new to lifting, but only being 15 and playing middle linebacker, im trying to get as big as possible. If you feel like giving me any tips on stuff that works good, im all ears. Ive been taking protien supplements for about a year now and I know they work, im just looking for some other stuff that can help.
