hello everyone. i have been reading these forums for a while and never got around to signing up. i'm 6'5" about 275lbs right now. i have been working out for about 4 months now, when i started i weighed about 275 but really weak and alot of fat. i dropped down to just under 260 and since then i have been putting on mass. most of my lifts have gone up at least 50pct.
