I'm 20 years old, come from England and I'm bulking.
I started off at about 5'3 and 180lbs of FAT... So I went through this crazy phase of not eating and being a general idiot, following a growth spurt and 6months of doing more cardio than the Duracell bunny, I was 5'7 and 127lbs.
Since then I've been following a 4 day split, pretty basic - chest/triceps, back/biceps, deltoids and legs.
I'm now up to 175lbs and I eat pretty clean, I don't really count calories, I just know roughly how much to eat and at what times to eat it and of course the foods I eat are pretty decent.
My training has been a bit screwed lately due to some scap and shoulder issues, but I'm fixing them.
So who are the admins, big guys and veterans around here?
