I'm not new to the site, as I joined a while back and stopped posting. But I'm making my return to become an everyday posting member.
I thought I'd introduce myself, my name's Will or on here "MVP". I love baseball, lifting weights, hunting, fishing, riding atv's, etc. I train with routines only if they're atleast 85% compound movements. My favorite exercise is the squat, the biggest mass building evercise out, IMO.
I'm 5'8, 180 lbs. A college student, training for both size/strenght. I'm into grip training, I do a lot of reading on Frankie NY, Bill Starr, and Joe DeFranco. Other than that I'm here to learn and give advice just like everyone else.
Mile Run: Have completed in 4 minutes and 48 seconds, however now it would be in about 8-9 minutes since I haven't had a routine with cardio in it in a long long time.
