My goal is to be 180-185 by the end of may maintaing around 6-8% bf
Dead Lift havnt maxed yet
Current Training is HST.
My diet consists of 4000-5000 Cals. Not a clean bulk where my metabolism is so fast i can afford to eat dirty. After my next 8 weeks of HST plan on trying power lifting out to mix it up a little.
