
Wt. 215, Ht 6 ft. 17" bicept, 50" chest. Workout in my home gym. Been at it steady about four years. On and off in the past. USMC 77-81. Work construction, (residential). Adding more to my routine, getting more serious. But not to the point where it controlls my life. Allmost to 45 yrs young. 300 on the bench is the personnal goal. Workout bench 215, 6 sets. (6). Haven't tried max yet. Locating a trusty spotter. Sups, Met-rx, Amminos, multi vit's. All here in Charleston SC.
