Hey everyone, I just joined and figured I'd do an quick intro. My fitness is generally up and down, depending on what's going on in my life. I got hurt and was off lifting for a couple months and now just getting back into it. Looking for some motivation to carry me until it's a regular routine again. I'm 6'4, and sitting right about 211lbs. I'm carrying a little too much fat right now, so that will be my main goal for the time being.
