Default New Guy!

Hello friends,

I am new to I have done a lil lifting in the past but never make it past that 2 week mark. Well I am now at almost 4 weeks so I am proud of that.

Here is what I have been doing. * Push-ups,pull ups (negatives since I can't do a complete one yet), Oblique lifts (a secret exercise I started doing 10yrs ago), crunches, and calf raises on stair ledge.

My diet is the best I have ever had it and I am eating a Whey protein drink as soon as I arise, egg whites and oatmeal meal 2. chicken breast(s) and rice (meal 3), roast beef sndwch & mustard (meal 4), turkey sandwich n mustard (meal 5) and an apple later followed by much cottage cheese at the end of the night. Oh, I almost forgot ... much Organic Skim Milk throughout the day and with protein drink(s).

I have an Olympic size bench and 100lbs of plates coming tomorrow delivered and set up by the guy. I am paying $135 so I feel good about it.

That's about what's up with me + 4 classes deep (FT college student in life again...lol)

peace !

is the organic milk you're buying from grass fed cows? if so...the benefits come from the fat in it...so ditch the skim

the whole tastes awesome.
