Default Formal Introduction

Hey All,
New to the board. I was referred here from Hrdgain (thanks!) and look forward to learning, teaching, yada yada yada.
Anyway, a little background. I've been training for approx. 10 years or so. At the inception of my training, I was 160 lbs., currently weighing in around 230.

Here are some recent PR's...
Squat: 455/4 reps (belt), not ATG but parallel
Rack Deadlifts: 525/6 reps (straps and belt)
Bench: 365/6 reps (raw)

Not that impressive, esp. at a weight of 230 but looking forward to setting some new PR's soon.

Height: 5'9, trying to get taller but it doesn't seem to be working.
Weight: 230, trying to get somewhat leaner right now before going for mass gains in Jan. 2006
BF: I'd estimate approx. 10-12%. Last caliper reading was slightly below 8, so given the standard error of measurement I've come to 10-12%

So there's my intro. and now I'm off to the gym!
