Hey everybody, just thought I'd introduce myself!
I'm Daniel, 20 y/o, been lifting on and off for about 8 months, but I wasn't consistent at all and have only in the past month or two really become serious about it. I've done alot more research now (my diet was pretty poor before) and decided to join here because it seems to have alot of great info and helpful users.
I'm one of the skinny 'omggg, how do I gane waaytt??' guys, but hopefully my reading through of the more important stickies here will prevent from asking too many idiotic questions
I am definitely looking for help though, so expect some threads from me to pop up soon.
