Default The New Guy from NYC

Hi everyone, My name is Irvin and im 26. The last time i lifted weights seriously was when i was 16 (dam time flies lol) About a month ago i tore my AC on my right shoulder and really made me think, dam i getting old...

needless to say i want to start getting in tuned with my body as i am currently 190lb @21% body fat.

I hope on making a scheduled and learning as much as i can from you guys here to achieving a level i never thought possible.

Sorry for the long intro guy but here's to a great journey
