New guy, Old lifter
Hi all,
I have been weight training since 88. In the gym outta the gym, etc. I did a hitch : 93-97 in the Marines. Got banged up pretty good, I wear a brace on each leg. I am using bodybuilding for strengthing and physical therapy.
