Hey everybody, I'm new to this site, obviously.
I have been working out for 3 years, switching from lifting for fun, to powerlifting, to strongman, to bodybuilding every once in a while depending on my goals. I have started a blog at poindexter91.blogspot.com which tracks my workouts, goals, as well as personal things I'm interested in like meditation, science, philosophy, etc etc. Feel free to follow it if you'd like.
