New Member ... With some old Tricks !!

Hey y'all,

I have been on many other boards in the past, and this site looks good and looks like there are some really knowledgeable people here.

A little bit about me: I have been lifting weights for over 5 years now, and I live, eat, and breathe the world of bodybuilding. When I started I weighed 142 lbs. and now after reading, researching, training hard, and eating properly and taking the right supplements I now weight 193 lbs. and I'm steroid free.

In adition, my education has also helped my bodybuilding endeavour. Currently I'm finishing up my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specification in Endrocrinology, which is the study of psychology at a hormone level and dealing with it at the molecular level. All of this has allowed me in my spare time :offtopic: to research bodybuilding supplements and analyze there ingredients, and have access to there chemical compounds to see which supplement will work the best for me and friends, and see which ones to avoid because they could create some health problems when taken in certain dosages.

I'm just a southern guy with some tricks up my sleeve !

hey A 360 Z,

the best thing I can tell you would and the easiest thing you can do would be to have a proper diet and take the right supplements. One of my favorite weight loss products would be CLA (cause I've done some work on this supplement about a 1 year ago with a couple other colleagues). If you need any more info just ask
