Happy New Year Gang!!!!!!!
I just stumbled to the site today, looking for as much info I can get before entering the Gym.
I'm 5'10", 180 lbs, 31 yo. I'm in no shape whatsoever, 34" waist and expecting father of twins on Sept. My main focus for getting in shape are the twins, I don't want to be a couch(sofa?) dad (NEVER)
I did try the getting in shape buzz about 2 years ago (didn't work) I wasn't really into it or committed to it. Now I really want to do it, but I need plenty of guidance. I just got on of those Elliptical cardio machines to start at home, so far on 2 intents my top time s 10 min. (shame) My goal is tops 190bs of lean muscle and plenty of energy.
Any help/comets would be greatly appreciated
