whats going on. i started out about 3 months ago at 140lb now i weight 167-170lb im currently at the state where i choose to bulk and its going really well for me. my objective here is to learn and take some imput and advice. i'll also share what ever knowledege i have best i can. oh im 20 y/o at 5'8 i got a picture in my profile if that helps give an image on how i look at this point.
i did lift back in hs and played football i was a RB and was naturally fast for some reason. funny part is i never worked out my legs much i ran a 4.5 40M not a record but still its pretty fast. so that said i have some knowledege of lifting weights.
