Default newbie from ireland

my name is Eoin , i have been doing weights and going the gym the last 6 months , i'm 5"11 and 185lbs and want to get bigger

i'm just wondering what kind of food people eat and what protein and other supplements they take to get bigger ? i'm kinda new to all this and know very little , but i hope to learn more from this site to reach my goal of 220/230lbs !

lots of good information in the stickied threads in the nutrition forum, even in the fatloss forum. it will tell you what most of us eat
