Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. My name is Aries. I want to start working out to gain some muscles. I am a vegetarian. I know I'd be needing lots of protein to absorbs the carbs to give me energy, does being vegetarian can affect the outcome of my workout??

Not if you can get lots of protein from other sources.

Also take some creatine because you will be lacking that if your not eating meat.
