Default Trying something new

Hello everyone. My name is Rob and i'm 36 years old. I'm new to bodybuilding and I must say I learn something new every hour about it. I started working out about 4 months ago, lost alot of fat that I put on over the years, now i want to put on some muscle. My workouts are not organized at the moment, basically because i'm a newbie. This place is awesome, it's going to take a while to go through this whole site. Any tips would be awesome.......
