Well I am an enormous 130lbs right now and am 5'10 (22 yrs old). I am basically beginning to eat tons more food than I typically do. I have read a lot about working out and the diet involded previously but have never just put the time and effort into it. However, it is something I would really like to pursue through the end of this semester and as long as I enjoy it.

Goals: Really to gain about 15-20 lbs of weight (hopefully muscle) without really going to the gym that much if any. I would like to do it by using dumbells and pushups. Some of you may be laughing at me hysterically right now for saying that, but I would love to hear your ideas/comments.

I have been sticking to a high protein diet the past 2 weeks now. Lots of milk, chicken, other meats, as well as protein shakes every day or 2. I believe I have gained about 3 lbs already.

Previously I never really ate that much. I never was hungry, I was always busy. Just never got around to eating I guess. I lost about 15lbs over the past year or 2.

If any of you would like to personally try and help me out here with tips and possible exercises that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
