Ah, got my account activated at youtube.
This one is of my second bench set w/ 330 lbs x 3. All that matters is that last set of 365, which explains why I didn't keep repping out after three..
And yeah, I know.. But I didn't need a spotter yet!
This was my final set w/ 365 lbs x 3.. I TOLD the spotter (whom I just met lol) not to go near the bar. He said it was "just in case". Go figure!
This final one was AFTER the bench portion to keep the party going! Needed a little helper on that last rep! 3 board press w/ 385 lbs x 2.
What surprised me after reviewing them (I've never seen myself bench before) was that my head had a tendancy to lift off the bench. Back when I did the banded DB press it was to control the weights x bands which was hard to do. So it was good I saw that because if someone was to ask me if I did or not, I'd say not! Not a big deal anyways..
I'd have LOVED to continue shooting everything else I've been doing that day, but I gotta give respect to IA!
