Well hope these turn out ok. This is me 5'11, 180lbs age 25. I haven't realy lifted heavy since I was in Iraq. I got out of the military and have been with out a good gym for a year or two. Pics are from Feb 1, 2007 the day that I have started in a decent gym here in Japan. In Iraq 1 was 185lbs bench was 305,curl 135 str bar, Squat ??. I want to gain 20lbs by summer. I am a "real" full contact fighter here in Japan(MMA/Muay Thai), last fight was in Nov. next is April and I want to move up in weight(20+lbs). I'll ask those gain weight questions in another thread so help and advice would be great. I am not against steroids either, just dont know how to take them, pro-hormones ok too. Just let me know.
