4 months into lifting
I have been working out spuraticly for the past year and only recently have i had the time to dedicate myself to a more intense routine.

You seem to have developed a pretty good foundation to work with over the past year. Your also relatively lean will come in handy so you don't have to do a ton of cutting later on once your at your goal. Hit the weights and the dinner table hard and you should hit 200. |
Not bad brother think of the gains your would get if you put in a huge effort man. Eat lots of protine you will hit 200. Good luck.
