These were about a year and a half ago
I was clean bulking at the time then I just said screw it and am now eating pretty much everything, still staying pretty clean.... minus beer
The pictures arn't to good, but I was having a great time at the moment.
Overall, I would say I put on roughly 15 to 20 lbs.
My new stats are:
Deadlift - 355X1
Squat - 285X2
Bench - 205X1
