I'm 5ft 10 or just over 177 whichever way you prefer, lol and I weigh
224lbs.

nice lats dude, if you chest is half as big as your lats your giagantic... more muscle then me. lol. just about the same weight though (217).

I'm assuming you've trained in the past and had a great base to start from if thats only after 6 months. Either that or some juice.
