Started lifting agian about 3 months ago. very glad to be back in the game. When i started i was 165 now im about 190. First time ive ever really been able to put on weight. there area a couple before pics but most of them were taken the other day. my routine- Mon chest and tri's; tue back and bi's; wed legs and shoulders; thurs off; fri arms and calfs (calfs on weds too) rest on sat and sun. As far as diet goes i probably dont clean bulk, i eat as much as i can as often as i can of whatever i can. mostly beef, chicken, pasta. i prolly need to read the diet part of this forum. im trying to bulk up to 205 by april then cut. oh and just started sticking to the leg routine so im hoping to put on some serious mass there then post pics of the wheels. let me know what u think.
