yeah the first and third pic are from 3 months ago. the others were taken the other day. yeah where to go from here is the question. trying to put on more mass. the only supplement i use is protein. so i might start using creatine when i really hit a wall. and i hoping since i havent seriously trained my legs before, that they will respond nicely and push me through the unavoidable peak and help me get to my 205 goal
