Thanks all for the kind words......Competition is now just under 3 weeks out.
My diet for the last 6 weeks has been the following:
1 day 50g Carbs (dry--oatmeal, green veggies or yams)
2 days 0g Carbs
1 day 50g Carbs (dry)
2 days 0g carbs and so on.........
I cheated a little along the way.....gave in to all the positive feedback :(
supp: isopure whey (low carb), glutamine 10g-15g/day, fatty acids, amino acids, pottassium, and ephedra free thermo supp.
Training: Mon.--Legs

Tues.-- Chest and Tri's
Wed.--Back
Thurs.--Shoulders and Bi's
Fri.--Circuit Train everything but shoulders
Sat.--Cardio ONLY
Sun.--OFF
Abs every single day......including twists 4 min., usually 10-15 min. variety
cardio is 6days/week 45min.-1.5 hours 70-80 %MHR
Cardio is all Biking or Treadmill.......Really helped bring out leg def.
