ramiro. it looks like you did gain just a little tab bit of mass in the second pic. and no matter who you are you can bulk. you may think you eat a lot but what are you eating an dhow much are you eating.
post yoru diet and workout so people can help you get together what you need.
just for starters. make sure you are lifting heavy weights. not to the point to where your form is messed up, but as heavy as you can handle a good 5 reps for 3 to 5 sets. there are plent of workouts in the stickys so read them. i would also suggest you do alot of suqats, deadlifts, military presses, and benching. dont thin you can go to the gym hit the leg press and do some curls and you will get big.
post what you eat on a typical day, what your workout is and people here can help. i dont know to much about supplements but there are plenty of people who can giv eyou suggestions.
