this is after a wk in cancun drinking and eating liek shit ofr a week!!! havnet workoutd out in 3 months wanna get bak to gym bad!!!!!!

(exageration, you'll never lift a car over your head. nothing personal, people just cant do that)

I think Rippetoe's SS and SF 5x5 are both good. Why not do both, one for 2 months and then the other. See for yourself. What works for you may not be what works for me.
