Default A few pics of me

Hi, I'm a new member here and I just wanted to post a few pictures of me! This is me about 3 years ago, I weighed 150 pounds and I am 5.9 feet. I didn't have much fat on at that time! I have always been a person who had problems putting on weight but today I realize it was an advantage!!

I have been training for about 6 years but I have had 2 injuries in my shoulder and 3 in my back so I have not been always stable. My goal is to be about 190 without to much fat, but this ain't easy!

I started eating a bit more crap and took a bit of protein, this what came out of it! I was 160 pounds. This is about 1 year and a half ago.

I have been training for about 4 months now and i am 167 pounds. Not much change since a year and a half ago but I am not as lean and my abs dont show much any more!

make sure you get healed up before you go back to the gym. make sure you are doing your compound excersizes. those will def aide in getting your biceps bigger

Yeah, x1,000,000 on what Monsta said!! I did curls for like a year, and I never saw ANY results. I've done chinups (assisted) for 4 workouts, and I am seeing good results!!

Hi everyone! Long time no see! I work out pretty hard this summer but got injured again at the end of the summer in my elbow. Don't know what it is and it still hurts a bit but I am able to train so thats whats important lol. Don't worry, if I felt is was to bad I would go to the gym, I had to stop for about 2 months again so I lost abit of shape but it's been about 1 month I started again and I am as strong as before! Here are a few pics I took this summer when things were going well!

This is my favorite!

Talk about sun in the eyes lol!
