Ok, i ripped my posing routine from my last competition from DVD. I was to fat and had to much water under the skin. But I made only one week diet. It was just for fun. I only started because a friend did. The same was my posing routine. One half I made the evening before, and the other half an hour before on the parking-place with the car stereo.
