Default My one year after training look up my old pics too

so after starting at 140 a year ago im now at 210 and bench over 300 and dont know all my stats but they are all pretty high look up my old pics and let me know what you think

Your progress is evident in your pictures. But if you stop gaining mass and size, but still get stronger, try doing new exercises you ahve never done before so you can shock your body into development like you did when you first began working out.

Man...you have fanominal gains! I'm just starting to work out now... what supplements are you using, and what was your workout like? You are jacked! And to have those gains in a year?! Wow...I can only imagine what you'll look like in another few months!

70 lean pounds in one year!?!?! Great job man.. Yeah, what was the routine, supplement regime and all... Nice work phenomenal job... A lot of good weight....
