hey guys im new to the board but not new to lifting .after taking a few yrs off i'm back at it .just thought i would post some pics to see what you guys opion was of my progress coming back.
when i stop working out i was at solid & cut 245.
in 3 or so yrs i dropped close to 40 pnds
i am 6'0 215 as of 2day .i started out at 200 .the first 2 are me at 200 and the last 2 are after 2 month at 215 not sure of b/f % . no majore gain but not bad for not being on anything as of yet.
