Yeah, calves are a bitch to grow. You abuse them by walking all day so you have to destroy them while lifting.

I focus on the stretch / MMC and that seems to help quite a bit

Started the day with some HIIT / Sprinting. Here I am just warming up teh ol' wheelz before some stretching:



One thing for sure, I'm not 20 anymore :(

Nothing special here, just looking pretty rough with no shave and a few sprints too many (HELLO = ENDORPHIN RUSH THOUGH !!)



(Yes, it's Green DRAANK of course... in my new fave $2 bottle)
