Kane is right...

A frequent mistake when deadlifting is slightly flexing the elbows. That is a good recipe of bicep pulls. But if you avoid doing that it would be difficult. Over-under is perfectly fine. But pronated (over-over) would be a better grip trainer if used for you overall grip except for when you HAVE to use over-under.

Definitely no mixed grip on rows! Tell the guy who says "always use straps" to stop being a wimp

Alright finally got some pictures up. Finally got back into due to a knee injury (football) I kinda gained a bit of a chubb there. Legs I don't wanna show them just yet. Not much of a gain because I am starting to work on them slowly and lighty to get that base. Currently standing 5'8 178lb, gained a bit of bf. I'll update this again in about a month with leg pictures and stats.

Getting a bit wider, working my ass off, still don't want to show legs. Not yet at least still got a lot of work to do. GENETICS A BITCH!!!

Looks good, what are your quad measurments? My legs never started growing until I did deep squats. Now they wont stop.

Quads are sitting at 23 1/2 right now, calves are at 16 1/2... chicken legs!!! I'll show em off when their even with the upper body... jail house physique
