this is after 2 yrs of working out i do super sets of 10 8 6 and about every three months i do a powerlifting routine of 7 5 3.
Bench 380
sqaut 315 never really max out on it
deadlift 415

the first is i was 21 and weighing 140 where i started the other one i think i weighed 205 or 190 let me know what ya think
